All letters are sent between the 10th and 15th of each month through the USPS postal service. They are expected to arrive at your home before the end of the month. For adventurers residing outside the United States, the delivery duration depends on the postal service of their respective countries.
Now is the perfect time! If you subscribe before the first ten days of the month, your letter will be sent between the 10th and 15th. However, if you decide to subscribe after the 10th, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to ensure that your first letter is sent promptly.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee precise arrival dates for your letter. Occasionally, there may be minor delays. Please allow up to 21 days from the date of your subscription to receive your letter, or up to 30 days if you reside outside the United States. If your letter does not arrive within these timeframes, please let us know. We will promptly send another backup letter to ensure you don’t miss out on Jerónimo’s captivating adventures. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring you always receive Jerónimo’s tales from around the world.

From there, you have the flexibility to update your shipping information, change your card number, cancel your subscription, or even choose to skip a monthly payment. If you have chosen semi-annual or annual subscriptions, you also have the option not to renew for the next period. Your convenience and preferences are our priority.
